This activity is the ideal starting point for students joining Collegio Einaudi for the first time. It will help you understand how life in the residence halls works, discover the services available to you, get to know the key staff members, and explore the many opportunities offered by the Collegio community.
Taking part is also a great way to meet other students, make your first connections, and start feeling part of the Collegio community from day one.

The Community Managers, Training Design Experts, and Front Desk Officers are the main points of reference for every student.
Community Manager: The Community Manager supports your personal growth and helps you become an active member of the Collegio community. They guide you through the services, opportunities, and key contacts available, help you shape your educational journey, and support you in developing your interests, skills, and goals while encouraging ideas and projects that emerge from the student community.
Training Design Expert: The Training Design Expert designs Collegio’s educational offer based on the needs of the student community and supports you in creating your Personal Training Plan (PFP), helping you choose the activities that best match your interests and goals.
Front Desk Officer: The Front Desk Officer is your main point of contact for everyday life in the residence hall. They assist you with check-in and check-out procedures, collect maintenance requests and guesthouse booking requests, and provide information about the services available in your Residence Hall, such as the laundry service, parcel collection, and much more.

Residence Hall Representatives: Every October, each Residence Hall elects two Student Representatives. Together with the representatives from the other Residence Halls, they form the Student Council. They represent the student community and promote ongoing dialogue on all aspects of Collegio life, including residence hall life, educational activities, cultural initiatives, sports, recreational events, and much more.
You can contact your Student Representatives whenever you have ideas or suggestions to improve or expand the educational, cultural, sports, or recreational activities offered by Collegio. They collect students’ feedback and present it to the General Management.
The Student Representatives also appoint one of their members to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors (currently Gaia Perillo from Po Residence Hall).
Tutor: Tutors are Collegio students selected through a dedicated call for applications. Throughout the academic year, they will support you with questions about your Personal Training Plan (PFP), help you access the many opportunities and services offered by Collegio (such as calls for applications, scholarships, and awards), and assist you with your university studies.
Your Tutor will contact you directly to welcome you and guide you throughout the academic year, helping you discover Collegio’s services, rules, and daily life. If your Tutor has not yet contacted you when you arrive, simply ask your Residence Hall Director for their contact details.
IT Support Assistant: The IT Support Assistant is a Collegio student who provides technical support within the Residence Hall. They will help you create your account, access the internet service, and provide assistance with the shared IT equipment available in common areas such as computer rooms, the library, and training spaces.
Content Creator: Content Creators are Collegio students who create content for the Collegio’s social media channels. You’ll find at least one in every Residence Hall! They work alongside the Communication Office to tell the story of student life and showcase the initiatives and experiences of the Collegio community.
Other student collaborations: Some students support various Collegio services in roles such as Deputy Receptionist. You’ll meet them during your stay—and who knows, one day you might become one of them too!
