A unique concert that allowed the Collegio Einaudi Foundation to raise over € 20,000 for the Music Room of the new Mole residence hall in via delle Rosine

The pianist and composer Ludovico Einaudi, an icon of world music, performed on Tuesday 24 May at the Giovanni Agnelli Auditorium, on the occasion of the Turin leg of the international tour to present the new album Underwater.

Thanks to the availability and sensitivity of Ludovico Einaudi, to the companies Ponderosa Music & Art, Fideuram Intesa San Paolo Private Banking, Mediobanca, Secap S.p.a., Npo Sistemi and to all the donors who decided to join the initiative it was possible to raise over 20,000 euros, which will contribute to the construction of the Music Room of the new Mole Antonelliana residence hall, in Via delle Rosine 3, which Collegio is completely redeveloping and which will reopen in January 2023 with 148 study places for deserving students, with large and new student-friendly spaces, to better enjoy the university years in a welcoming and highly stimulating community.

“A unique concert and a special evening
” underlined Prof. Paolo Enrico Camurati, President of Collegio Einaudi: “which allowed the Collegio Einaudi Foundation on the one hand to gather important support that will allow the creation of the Music Room of the New Mole Section , and on the other hand to involve significant realities of the Turin area around an important event, which saw merit and music as protagonists ”.

In fact, thanks to this collection, the students of Collegio Einaudi will be able to take advantage of a new Music Room, adequately equipped, as an ideal place to cultivate their musical passions, meet to make music together and train thanks to the many transversal skills that music can develop.
