At Collegio Einaudi there are students who, in addition to studying, cultivate an interest in music, playing an instrument or singing in a choir.
In the academic year 2011/12 this led to the birth of the Einaudi Ensemble and the Einaudi Choir on the initiative of some students.
Concerts and Awards
In recent years the two groups have performed ensemble music on numerous occasions.
They have consolidated their reputation, tackling new composers and new scores, and performing in many different locations, achieving important results.
They have performed in Turin at the Royal Church of San Lorenzo, the Church of S. Martiri, the Oratory of Santa Pelagia, the Educatorio della Provvidenza, the “Giuseppe Verdi” State Conservatory of Music in Turin and the Aula Magna of Polytechnic of Turin.
They took part in the 27th Book Fair as part of ‘Music as an opportunity to meet’ and in 2016 the Ensemble won third prize at the 28th European Music Competition, City of Moncalieri.
