Our Foundation is looking to connect with individuals interested in exploring potential future opportunities as a:
ACCOUNTING OFFICER
The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Administration, Finance, Control, General Affairs and Allocations, and will support daily activities related to general accounting and both accounts receivable and payable cycles.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Recording of incoming invoices and checking consistency with purchase orders
• Issuing debit notes and managing outgoing invoices
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Managing general accounting, ensuring accurate recording of accounting transactions
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings
• Collaborating with the administrative team to meet tax and fiscal deadlines
Knowledge and skills:
• Excellent knowledge of Italian accounting principles and tax regulations
• Experience in using accounting management software; knowledge of the ERP system Infinity Zucchetti is a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting or a degree in Economics or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured organizations
• Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving attitude
• Flexibility and adaptability: while we rely on well-established accounting principles, our administrative processes may require a dynamic approach and the ability to find effective solutions in non-standard situations
