International Students

Collegio Einaudi is a private Foundation connected to the University of Turin and to the Politecnico of Turin.
It was founded in 1935 and hosts each year (in single rooms) about 800 students, international and Italian, regularly enrolled in bachelor or master degree, specialization, PhD courses.
We host also Exchange students, who are accommodated with other Italian students.

International students, who are not Exchange students, need to know that admission at the Collegio Einaudi is open to young students who gain the top positions in a merit-based contest, and within the application, international students must submit relevant data and documents related to their academic stay in Torino.
The admission process opens at the end of June and can be found on the Collegio website.
All students must attend a Personal Formative Program. It’s free of charge, but mandatory.
As required by the Italian law (D.M.673/2016), each student must attend:
- 70 hours of training activities if a student is attending the 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of university studies
- 25 hours of training activities if a student is attending the 4th or higher academic years

Collegio Einaudi has five College seats, that we call ‘Sezioni’, all mixed-sex and located near the main academic institutions.
Each residence has at each floor a common kitchen, that is equipped with cookers, electric and microwave ovens; residents have to bring their own cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
All of the accommodation is on a self-catering basis, but there are canteens for students nearby.
The Collegio provides bed linen and blankets that are changed twice a month.
Each residence has a broadband Internet connection from rooms and computer area.
In each residence there is a self-service laundry, a computer area, a TV room, a fitness centre, a music room, a drawing room and a ping-pong room.
The Collegio Einaudi is open all year round except for August and during Christmas holidays.
Entrance to Collegio is possible 24 hours a day.
